Top 10 Blackjack terminology:

Basic strategy: A simple Blackjack strategy that is easy to remember and doesn’t involve card counting or shuffle counting.

Bet Spread: The difference between high and low bets spreads between players.

Double Down: When a player doubles their bet before drawing their last card.

Draw: Receiving an additional card from the dealer.

Hit: The way you ask for another card from the dealer in Blackjack.

House Edge: The advantage the casino has over the player

Insurance: When a dealer is showing an Ace, the player can place an insurance bet to bet the dealer has blackjack.

Pair Splitting: A term in Black jack, referring to a player splitting up pairs into 2 separate hands.

Stand: When a player does not want any more cards. Also known as Stay.
